Little about myself:

I started out working as a wedding coordinator for Stacey Porter with Savvy Expressions in Champaign, IL after graduating from the University of Illinois.  After two years of great wedding planning experiences, I decided to go out on my own.

When I moved back home to Springfield I tried searching online to find wedding information and local vendors and much to my disappointment, I could not find a website that had everything I needed.  Yes, there was The Knot, Perfect Wedding Guide and other online resources, but they were more of an inspiration than a go-to resource for Springfield area weddings.  So I decided to create Simply Springfield Weddings.
